A QUALIFYING MEDICAL CONDITION
There are 28 qualifying medical conditions that are approved by the New Mexico Medical Cannabis Program. The two most common are Post-traumatic stress disorder and severe chronic pain.
MEDICAL RECORDS THAT SUPPORT
YOUR CONDITION
In most cases, medical records should be dated within the last 1-2 years.
A NEW MEXICO DRIVER'S LICENSE
OR ID CARD
This proves New Mexico residency. No other form of identification will be accepted by the department of health.
